Sex, Drugs, & Soul is One Week Old!

Wow, what a whirlwind of a week! My memoir, Sex, Drugs, & Soul, launched… hitting several Amazon #1 New Releases and #1 Best Seller for Human Sexuality and Psychology Research. I was giggling to myself that the research is also known as my dating life. 😂

I felt charged all week, and not gonna lie, a little overwhelmed. Some of my old go-go-go tendencies crept in. So, to help bring me back to balance, I carved out space for a social-media-free Sunday with ample meditation time by a pool. Highly recommend.

I was also featured on a podcast, Author Hour. This interview had me in my feels! Likely the combination of a heart-opening yoga class, a microdose of mushrooms, and the realization that my dream was coming true!
